Auxadi, the Spanish headquartered Firm and a leader in international accounting, tax and payroll services, has acquired Resolve BPO, an Accounting, Tax Compliance, Payroll, and professional services group, headquartered in Costa Rica, with offices in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador and Panama.

This is an important milestone for both Auxadi and Resolve, reinforcing Auxadi’s commitment to strengthen opportunities for its clients, enabling growth into new international markets in the US, Europe and LATAM.

This strategic acquisition gives Auxadi more local offices, more local expertise, and improves US/LATAM/Europe business and investment corridors. This acquisition follows the announcement last September of the incorporation of Inflexion Capital Partners as Auxadi’s financial partner and responds to the ambitious international growth strategic plan established for the Firm.

Resolve was established in 2008 by BLP, a law firm operating in Central America, and has c.50 accountants in its offices in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador and Panama. Resolve has been an Auxadi local strategic partner in Central America since 2016 and has a very healthy international client base.
