The Law No. 20,935 published in the Official Gazette on June 30th, 2016, established in its article nº1 the values of the minimum monthly salary which from January 1st, 2018, will be increased and reach a value of $ 276,000 per workers above 18 years old and bellow 65 years old.
The increase, according to the Official Gazette, will be of six thousand Chilean pesos going from $ 270,000 to $ 276,000.
The amount of the minimum monthly salary for those over 65 years old and for workers under 18 years old has a value of $ 206,041 since January 1st of 2018.
