Auxadi maintains the ISO 27001:2017 certification, an international standard for Information Security, for another year after passing the annual follow-up audit. This certification was achieved at the end of 2022 thanks to the company’s advanced information security management system, which supports our international service activities while ensuring the highest levels of cybersecurity. 

In addition to receiving ISO 27001 approval two years ago, Auxadi has successfully renewed this certification by maintaining daily efforts to continue developing quality, control, and security in information protection. The company’s goal is to renew the certification throughout 2025 and extend it to many other locations. 

The ISO 27001 certification was obtained after exhaustive evaluations of the entity’s information security management systems. Initially, the data and client protection structures of the offices in Spain, Portugal, the United States, and Brazil were subjected to the necessary tests, confirming compliance with the required standards. During 2023 and 2024, our actions in countries such as Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Peru were also recognized. 

This entire maintenance and inclusion process was preceded by the following phases: identification of information assets, detection of vulnerabilities, threats, legal requirements, and risks, along with risk calculation and treatment planning. Maintaining this certification over the years underscores Auxadi’s commitment to safeguarding personal data, ensuring robust information security management, as well as enhancing transparency and internal processes.
